Denise, this lesson was great. i really had fun learning about the parts of a story. letting us put together any story we wanted with just a bunch of unrelalted pictures was great. It was a blast. Had fun making up the "tragic" story. Such a great way to learn about the parts of a story. Great idea! Only suggestion I have to to just slow down a bit, ytou seemed to be going fast at times and the directions got confusing. It's a small thing really cuase it was a great lesson.
Denise, what a fun and engaging lesson! I think you did a good job creating an indirect English lesson. I think we all had a blast completing the assignment! It's so crazy what your mind can come up with given a few pictures (pictures irrelevant to one another on top of it). What we didn't know is that no matter how we decided to write it, our story had a specific theme. Then, I liked how you made us come up with a theme for the opposite group. It all had to do with the perspective you took on completing the assignment. Really a good idea.
I would have liked to incorporate more pictures... I think that would be fun next time. Or, you could do an entirely different set of pictures and do two stories... That might be a little too much but just an idea!
Overall great job! We all really enjoyed it (and were able to share a few laughs!)
